What is this in my throat…

I had hand foot an mouth (herpangina) had like literal sores all over my throat that u got from my 5 year old last month getting hfm but again that was weeks ago and now I’m noticing this in my throat after it healed ??? Idk if it even has anything to do with that. No sore throat
