Hello! This might be a little TMI but I’m freaking out!!!

I just went to the bathroom and I got up to flush the toilet and I see blood in there.

It was so weird cause when I wiped there was nothing! I stuck a Q tip in my vag to see if it was from there, nothing. I wiped back there, to see if it was from there, nothing. This is soo weird!! Could it have been in my stool? What’s going on?

I do have hemorrhoids but wouldn’t there be blood when I wipe?! I’m so confused where did this come from?
