So the past couple days now I was feeling down there and felt this huge bump , I looked up herpes pictures but it doesn’t like the same I just have one bump. It doesn’t hurt or itch it’s just there and it’s a little uncomfortable in certain tight underwear , it’s on the left side of my lip on the outside

This looks like it’s a boil, typically goes away on its own. You can speed the process up by adding some tea tree oil and using a warm compress. Doesn’t look much of an ingrown hair but could be if you’re shaving often!
