Amenorrhea / Period Gone Help???
Hi does anyone know or have any experience with missing periods?
My period started becoming very irregular the start of this year from getting it once every 2 weeks which later became longer and longer from once every 4-5-6 weeks and then by july i didn’t get my period.
I went through a very rapid weight loss late last year (-8kg in 1 month and was 42kg. my height is 155cm) ate probably around 1000cal/day and was very active and worked out a lot (stress from a break up).
I was also traveling a lot (1 country every month) from July - Sept and finally settled back in my city 2 weeks ago. I’m intuitively eating now, don’t care about weight gain at this point i just want to be healthy. have reduced a lot of the exercises and prioritise rest.
I’m up 6 kg now at 48 but i feel bloated and a lot of pressure on my stomach from time to time. is this part of the symptom of losing your period? anyone experience this before? pls ): my doctors just dismiss me and say i should just relax more and not stress
