Should I take a test??

I had unprotected sex with my bf on the 7th (pull out method) then we did it again the following weekend then I took a plan b bc he did cum in. 
Two of my period apps say my period is about 2-3 days late. The only app saying it’s not late is the eve app. Not sure if I should take a test or not. Or wait til the end of this week.

A test should be accurate 2 weeks after sex and definitely accurate 3 weeks after sex. Plan b is going to mess with your cycle so it's hard to go by when you should expect your period. 
It's also a good idea to be using condoms The whole time or getting in a broth control since you don't want to be pregnant.

Plan B changes your cycle, which may be the reason if not pregnancy 
Please use birth control. You don’t want a baby I’m assuming, protect yourself. Pregnancy is preventable.
