The hunger/nausea dance is killing me

I'm 16 weeks tomorrow, and these boy twins are still killing me! I wake up in the morning and throw up and than I try to eat but I still play this game between hunger and nausea. I am loosing weight and I don't feel like it is ever gonna change where I can just feel hungry and not throw up?
