I have suddenly started getting a clogged duct every few days. It’s always in the exact same spot on the same breast. I think it’s an inflammation issue because when I take ibuprofen, it will clear pretty quickly. Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?

Nothing in my diet, lifestyle, or nursing schedule has changed. I nurse every 2ish hours during the day and once or twice in the night.
