Multiple high POK strips on Femera..

I test what I thought was positive yesterday at CD 14. I’m on femera (letrozole) 7.5mg this cycle. I’ve never had this happen before. Yesterday my left ovary was cramping like crazy and I had a headache. Today my levels are still high. I had a little bit of ovary pain but not like yesterday. Any ideas what’s going on??
