I’m a bit confused and thought maybe some of you might have some advice or answers. I started getting faint positive tests around 11dpo. I also ovulated around cd 16-17, so a bit later than the typical 28 day cycles.

So, I went in a few days ago at 14 dpo and had a baseline HCG of 12. Pretty low. I pretty much thought I was out.

My tests continued to get a bit darker, and 48 hours later my HCG went to a 31.

He called and told me that my numbers are not going up. To test hcg again so they can monitor until is gets to zero.

I guess I’m confused because they did go up? They more than doubled in 48 hours??

There is also the possibility that I ovulated 2-3 days later than I thought, which would also make me earlier.

Just confused and frustrated.
