Cut myself with a scissor, 8 week pregnant!

Just cut myself with a scissor on my lady part accidentally whole removing some hair. Actually, it is a minor cut which I saw only two three hours later and immediately washed and put some antiseptic on it. Do I need to get a tetnus shot? My last tetnus was 3 years back when I was pregnant with my son. Should I worry?
