NAUSEA 😖

Hey mamas,

I’ve been struggling with daily nausea and was wondering what’s worked for you all? This is my 5th kid and I’ve never experienced anything like this at all. I’m currently about 9/10 weeks and it seems to be getting worse each day. I have no energy and am sleeping a lot. What do you eat (or avoid) to help ease the nausea? How often do you find you need to eat to keep it under control? I’m looking for any tips—from specific foods or snacks to strategies that have worked for you. Would love to hear your advice! Thanks! 💕
