W-2 form while going through a divorce (ADVICE)
Hey everyone! I’m currently in the process of a divorce but i just switched companies and I’m going to have to fill out my tax information. This income tax season we filed together but do i select married or single when submitting it to my new company? I’m hoping the divorce is finalized by the end of this year so I just don’t know.
