Why is my chart so up and down?

I have previously tracked using a bbt thermometer but I got an Oura ring which is more accurate. It confirmed ovulation but I feel like my chart is so up and down compared to what I’m used to seeing.

Skin temps aren't more accurate than oral or vaginal temps though. Your chart doesn't show ovulation yet.
