My friend and I have girls a few months apart. I, then, had a second child in 2023. My husband and I recently found out that I am pregnant again. I have always wanted 3 kids so even though this baby was a surprise I am happy and excited. My friend had mentioned to me a few months ago she was ready for another baby. Due to some health stuff she very recently found out that having another baby might not be easy for her. She is devastated.

I see this friend often and I am worried about hurting her. I know everyone’s situation is different. I’m just not sure how to tell her I am pregnant again. Do I tell her in person? In a text? What would you do?
