Hi! New here and FTM!

I stopped my BC (mini pill) after 2 years on 8/26. (Mini pill causes no period). I believe I ovulated around 9/13 or 9/14. I don’t have my first ultra sound until 10/30 to see how far along I am.

I have been having some period like cramps that come and go with some back pain. No bleeding or any other symptoms other than tender breast. Is this normal? I haven’t ever been pregnant and have no idea what to expect or do. Waiting until my ultrasound is causing so much anxiety! Any tips on how to stay calm during the waiting period?
