Need some troubling advice
Alright mamas I’m pregnant and struggling horrible with my mental health I’m thinking of getting inpatient help how did it effect your relationships and how do u recover what damage you did while falling apart. I have no support system no family around me I moved away thinking it would help improve my mental health but it hasn’t and I’m thinking it’s time to get help. But how do u fix what you’ve damaged after u get help. Is there any going back or should u just give up? Please no judgement
