Very very faint positive??

I had unprotected sex on the 28th September I had discharge when I wiped on the 7th October then again on the 9th not had any since tested yesterday and it looked like a faint positive but I tested again tonight and it looks negative I’m due my period in 9 days but I’m so confused have I tested too early???
