Low levels

Based off my ovulation and period I should be 4w3d today but I got my blood drawn yesterday to confirm and got results today ( my dr can’t call me till Monday) but my levels are sitting at a 8 which according to the chart is to low for 4weeks.. has anyone had this happened before or have they rised or gone down
