i’m on birth control pills and typically don’t get my period unless i take the sugar (brown) pills. Right now i’m on the second week of the pack, and i woke up heavy bleeding. i’m confused because i didn’t miss a pill and im not on the sugar pills. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Also i took a pregnancy test and it is negative
