Implantation?

Ive been spotting for four days on and off before my period is supposed to be here. It’s supposed to be here today but no sign yet. I’ve taken a test every day and it’s been negative but today I’ll be 13dpo…. I’m normally very regular i don’t usually spot before periods. I also have had sex the last few days and I’ve been bleeding during.. thinking i was getting my period and then nothing after….. has anyone experienced this and been pregnant ?? I’ve had cramps on and off so idk. Could it be implantation bleeding or is my period just wacky
