Have all the stars aligned?

We’ve been trying for 8 months now for our second. Which is our second time trying when it didn’t happen after a year of trying the first time. I had surgery the end of July to remove endometriosis and make the “environment as perfect as possible”. Last month my husband was traveling during ovulation and we weren’t able to do IUI. This month it was looking like I would be traveling but instead I got my peak Monday so we were able to do IUI Monday and get together Tuesday before I’m gone Wed - Friday. I also had my chiro already scheduled for Tuesday to make sure my body was all set and do acupuncture. It feels like this should be the time and I’m so hopefully but also pretty scared to be disappointed again. If it works, I should know by 10/28 so prayers, thoughts and 🤞🏼!!
