I had my IUD (Liletta) removed on 9/24. On 9/27 I started my period and it lasted until the 2nd. This morning I realized I had some VERY light spotting and very subtle cramping. Is it too soon to have implantation bleeding? Could it just be another period coming on since my body is out of wack coming off of the birth control?

My gyno told me I could start trying immediately and it would probably take a few months so I'm unsure of how to feel whether or not it could be implantation bleeding. With my first, we didn't plan and I don't recall ever having any spotting or anything prior to finding out I was pregnant with her. If it is implantation, would it be possible to get a positive within the next few days.. or should I wait until 10/24 as recommended on the calendar??
