My sister is visiting from England and I haven't seen my niece in over a year. She's coming to see me on Friday, tomorrow, but I just tested positive for strep throat today with a barely there line. I'm on antibiotics. Should I be ok tomorrow?

Edit: I called my doctor and she never got back to me and my pharmacist said I needed to call my doctor. I know a positive is a positive. I called a walk in clinic about it but they also said they'd call me when they had availability.

Edit 2: The comment got deleted but there was someone who essentially posted "are you stupid" and called me a bunch of names.

I got word from the clinic and they said I need to wait at least 48 hours, but because my niece is so little, he recommended 72 hours.
