It was for me. I started getting sick 10-12 times a day from 5 weeks on, would wake up in the night so hungry and my stomach would growl so loud, that I would puke from hunger. I never put anything together, I knew this pregnancy was different than my other 2 boys, because I barely got sick at all with them, but I was completely shocked at my 12 week appointment when they did any ultrasound and said I had 2 healthy babies. It may not be the case for you, but that was my experience. Currently 15 weeks with di/di twins 🥰

My morning sickness hit early, but today it’s been less nausea and more hunger. It will be interesting to see if it persists

The only difference is, I would puke from being so hungry but I really couldn’t eat because I couldn’t keep anything at all down, so I was basically starving and lost quite a bit of weight
