Feeling out of the game again this month

Currently 9-10dpo. Negative test this morning using an early detection test (i know its still early) amd absolutely no symptoms of implantation or PMS or anything. Feeling like this will not be our month. Everyone around me seems to be falling pregnant and it is so hard waiting.
