So I have been having what is called Tinnitus going on for week and a half to the point it gave me bad panic attacks I never had nothing like this before . I noticed today I’m spotting like my period is starting . Have anyone had the same thing happend to them . I am 36 and I notice every period I’m having some new things happening to me before I start my period . Could the tinnitus be a pms symptom and what can I do it’s very bothersome. I’m thinking about getting on birth control because my periods are messing with my mental at this point
