Fourth pregnancy, fourth baby

This pregnancy I feel exhausted. I am ONLY 7 weeks judging by my last period, my ob appt isn’t until the 5th. I am so tired and nauseous all day/every day. I don’t have an appetite. I have had nausea and vomiting every single pregnancy that lasted the whole time. I have 3 girls ( we are hoping for our boy). Is there anything that has worked for you for nausea? I try to eat what I can. I’ve taken unisom at night and it doesn’t really seem to help. I have zofran from previous illnesses that I’ve been taking and even those sometimes don’t help. Having three is HARD I’m terrified of having four. I know babies are blessings so we are happy however I am still scared.
