Elliptical

For all the ladies into fitness and working out.

So I’ve gained over 50 ibs in less than a couple months and I’m now at 210 ibs and 5’7. I think a lot of it is hormones being out of wack. I feel awful about myself so I’ve decided I want to do something about it. I found an older elliptical at a yard sale and thought why not.

Let me tell you, I got on this thing and thought I was going to pass out. Panting, heart rate up and it was only for 2 minutes. I finished 20 mins on it with a break every 2 mins because I felt like I was dying. Do you all have any advice? Is it ok to continue this until I get used to it. What all will it work out? Also do you all use an elliptical or have used one as a beginner and have had success from it?
