Hi guys.. tmi but pls help 🥺

So i had a really weird period. Where it was heavy and then super light after day 3 for the rest of the 4 days. Usually I’m a heavy bleeder until at least day 5 then start switching to regular tampons.

I now am on day 18 of my cycle and I am in my ovulation week. I have horrible cramps so bad.. they feel like sharp constipation pains but more cramp-ey in a way. I can hardly walk at all. I do get ovarian cysts also. I know I haven’t ovulated yet bc my discharge is still globby and thick and not a sticky creamy paste yet. I came home after a 20 min car drive to pee and I just felt like things were just coming out of me. When I sat on the toilet, this is what came out. I still have the horrible cramps no relief…

Idk maybe it’s nothing maybe it is just that I’m constipated? But I did go yesterday.. I’m really sorry to get so personal. Just thought I’d share If someone else had a previous experience bc this is kinda freaking me out..
