TTC is making me depressed
I found it very hard to be excited for other peoples pregnancy while I’m struggling to conceive, especially people I dislike. My counsellor suggests that every month I get my period I’m grieving what could have been and when I get upset at other people’s pregnancies, I’m grieving the life I want. Does anyone else go through this as well?? I have been trying for almost 3 years now so I’m getting sick of patiently waiting.
