Possible pregnancy

I’m on contraception pill not missed one. Normally

my fiancé pull out but been few times he hasn’t, it’s been about roughly 2 weeks now that my boobs have been tender have been hurting. Iv been emotional, cranky, back aches, cramping, all signs of pregnancy, with my other pregnancies first sign was sore boobs. It only dawned on me yesterday that I could be pregnant, so taken 2 tests both negative. Not sure when last period was because I don’t really get them as I’m on the pill. I did have light bleeding (possible implantation) roughly just over a week ago maybe. I called doctors but they said give it another week. Does this sound like I could be pregnant? I should know really having 2 children, but it’s just confusing me that I got all these symptoms but negative test. I hate waiting 🙈
