Is it normal feel nausea/ feel sick beofre your period starts im 30 years old came of birth control in February this year got my period back last month felt sick the night beofre not sure if im going to get a short cycle or long one with coming of birth contol but feel super nausea again like i did that night last month ive never experienced feeling like this when hvaing a period
