Am I delusional or is there a faint line?

Hi😅 I never post on here…I’m not sure I even know what I’m doing but I’m having such heavy anxiety trying to figure out if this is a positive or not… this test is from the hospital where I work and Friday night it was totally negative I never recalled seeing a line. Today I took this one I’m posting and waited and felt like little by little a line was there. It would be two weeks since ‘conception’ in two days….idk I’m just super anxious can anyone tell me what they see😓😅 I upped the contrast on this one
