Irregular bleeding

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks on Sept 4th. Bleed for a week, didn’t get a “period” back until 6 weeks later. October 16-18. Only lasted 3 days. Then I had some spotting after intercourse after that. About 4/5 times. Only right after and when I wiped. Then I bleed again November 1-3, had intercourse today the 5th and also bleed again after only small amounts and twice when I wiped. Why is this happening ? Why are my cycles so short and not regular? I keep having random irregular bleeding for shorts amount of time. Will this regulate on its own?
