21 days late and neg test

I am 42 with a history of infertility. For over the last 4 years my cycles have been consistently 29-31 days, my average over many, many years is 33 days. I am at day 52, no sign of getting my period. I have taken 4 tests, starting at 10 days late to today and they have all been negative. My boobs are tender and this morning around 5:30, I woke up so nauseous that I couldn’t go back to sleep. At what point should I make an appointment with my Gyno?
