Can i still get pregnant?

Hello so i got my period sometime last week. I then was traveling to see a very special person. I had the idea of being intimate with him again but i had my period. In desperate state i.found out certain.amount of ibuprofen will temporarily stop my period which slowly worked i had multiple sessions and by day 2 my period stoped but i.only would have a very.little come down until it was gone by end of day of day 2. I continue until day 3 with no period but a little blood after sex im now period free and have had cramping and feel little off. Not sure if i can really be pregnant which i would be exciting!!. I do have a 2yr child that when pregnant i didnt have any symptoms until close to 4months and really havent had sex in all this 2yrs whithout having him cum inside me. But time i let it.be with multiple rounds. I love really love to be and know if i am before 4months. Can i have some advice and or experiences... i appreciate it
