I need any tips or advice for experience moms here. My baby 5 months baby girl barely takes naps and at nights wakes up many times with out counting how long and hard it takes to get her to sleep. I being reading about this FOMO baby thing and its definitely my baby. I need some advice I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m exhausted and frustrated.

I have tried white noise machines, dark room, red light, lullabies, shower at night, Frida baby oil for bath, oils massage, humidifier. I don’t know what else to do. Help please!!!
