What does this mean?

Haven't had a period in 5 days! I was supposed to get my period 5 days ago, and I have never missed a period. It usually comes on time every month, but this month is different. I've only had brownish spotting for the past 5 days and not an actual period. This has never happened before, and I've been taking pregnancy tests, and they've all been negative. Has this happened to anyone? I don't know what to do.

We all have a wonky cycle sometimes. While annoying, its generally not a cause for concern. Our bodies arent perfect and sometimes "glitch" or do something out of our normal. Its part of being human. I wouldnt panic. If youre still worried, you can take a pregnancy test once a week until youre no longer worried. But that isnt required.

I missed a period for a month the first year I started menstruating at 13! It could be stress, medications, thyroid issues, diabetes, etc. Otherwise, it’s no biggie if you miss one for a month, but if it’s missed for more than 3 months, consult your doctor
