Hi all, I need some advice. I’m a 25 year old single mom actively looking for a relationship. I met this guy on a dating app about 4-5 months ago, we talked for a little while then things fell off. We then rekindled things and now have been steady seeing each other for close to 2 months. We just had our 5th “date” and I’m just so confused. Hes my age, with no kids and runs his own landscaping business and hunts in his free time.

I knew from the get go that he wasn’t a very good communicator over text, but we get along very well in person and we click amazingly. However, he wants to spend pretty much every date night at my apartment and he ends up staying the night and we hookup everytime. Normally I’d be quick to cut things off and assume the guy just wants a hookup and nothing more, but with him, we text all day every single day non stop. We call eachother multiple times a week, he brings me flowers and takes cute pictures with and of me. He asks about my daughter a lot which is good. We’ve talked about a future and what that could mean for us. From experience, a guy that just wants a hookup up will not do any of these things. We’ve mentioned the talk of moving forward but somehow the talk gets blown off but he says he wants to take next steps.

I just don’t want to waste my time, as I’m ready to settle down but I like him so much and really see something with him. What does he want and what does this mean? I’m SO CONFUSED!
