Heavy flow 1 day of periods
Hello, soo im just wondering if its normal that i have a heavy flow on my first day of periods..? Because usually my periods on the 1 day is super light... now its heavy and im scared that im bleeding out (im scared of blood) im sorry if this sounds dumb but im genuinely scared.
