Has this Lead to a BFP?

Has anyone had these symptoms that has lead to a BFP.. I’m 9dpo and feeling discouraged..

-6dpo.. when I wiped I had a dot of light pink but only when I wiped once then it went away .. had a headache all day , and cramping

-7dpo- when I wiped had alittle more light pink/ brownish discharge only when I wiped once too.. had a headache that day too.. still cramping throughout the day

-8dpo- had alittle more brown discharge only when I wiped twice that way then went away.. still had cramps and twinges .. feeling wet like I do right before AF comes .. exhausted threw out the day

-9dpo- no more discharge .. still feeling wet like AF is coming but no blood and no cm in undies only when I wipe.. Checked cervix ( Ik not reliable ) but it’s super high and soft .. had a on and off headache all day.. had some sharp pain in my boob like someone zapped me.. n random sharp twinges..

I’ve also been waking up at 5-6am everyday this week which is NOT like me.. even when I’m getting my period I always sleep in till at least 7:30am but I always end up waking up 8am
