what is this circle patch looking thing?

i will be putting a picture because it frfr doesnt show anything but this appeared after shaving and i know its not ringworm or anything serious since i dont feel any burning/itching/any symptoms so is it just a dry patch? its inbetween where the thigh and cooch area meet and its in that indentation/line (if that makes sense?) but yeah i dont really shave the best (i usually shave pretty fast ngl😭my legs always get a cut or two everytime) so is there anything to help it go away and will it go away on its own? the red line on it is bc i scratched it with my nail bc i was like “wtf is this?” i dont have insurance so i cant see a doctor so… im hoping it isn’t serious (which i know its not but idk what it is exactly)
