Excruciating pain

23 weeks 4 days here with baby #4 is it normal to have excruciating pain in your back and stomach to the point I can’t even walk far distances without slouching , I feel a sharp pain in my bottom (buttocks ) and just feel horrible I’m not sure if it’s normal I’m having lots of clear discharge (TMI) but I’m not sure if it could be the cause of an yeast infection since I am on antibiotics for my toothache I’ve had .. I just really need some advice mamas before I go up to labor and delivery I have to feel like I’m wasting their time when I go in and nothing is wrong .
