HELP ME UNDERSTAND!

I had my THIRD boy on 08/21/2024 and I found myself pregnant again, I’m having issues determining how far along I am,

The notes below are when I went to the ER for a bad UTI infection. and I wind up getting another HCG drawn which was risen to 909.83 on 11/13 and on 11/10 it was 390…

And on top of it it’s not making any sense on October 26th, I was also seen in the ER, for an excruciating migraine. and my urine PG test was negative….

Now I’m confused on the results below but the ER dr’s. did confirm I was definitely pregnant VIA US & HCG BETA…

Final Result

1. Questionable cystic focus is seen within the endocervical canal without yolk sac or fetal pole, which may reflect an intrauterine gestational sac. Short interval pelvic ultrasound with serial beta hCG is recommended.

2. Complex left ovarian cyst, likely reflecting a corpus luteum.

I also requested my Dr to give me an earlier appointment, but my Inital OB appointment is November 20th!
