Cysts coming and going in my “area”?

For several months now, seems to be every month especially after I bleed and wear a pad, I’ve been getting a small little cyst on my outer labia and what helps is putting a hot compress on it several times until it pops and then goes away, but it takes 1-2 weeks. This month was crazy though. Right when I started bleeding (I’m on the mini pill but bleed every week like a period) I felt a little bump form on the top of the labia and I knew what that meant. Well a couple days later another one appears right next to it! That’s never happened before. Well, hot compress and wait until it pops to go away.

Now almost a week later as they’ve gone down, I wipe after I pee and felt another small little pain. I thought, but they’re pretty much gone now. Guys, I was trying to pin point where exactly I felt that little discomfort and it was a little lower and in the INNER labia! 😵 (same side.) it looked red, almost like a little boil, and I press a hot compress on it and it pops. 🥴 (so sorry for the tmi) and it’s started to go down.

What’s going on! I’m trying not to freak 😣

I am married, I’ve only been with my husband, we have sex regularly and clean myself well after. he’s also only been with me, I don’t douche, I immediately change my underwear after a work out always, I’m on birth control, and well I just don’t know.

I would get one occasionally ever since I had my first years ago. Before kids I never did. This year I also couldn’t have my annual check up because of insurance issue that I’m working on because I know the important of it.

But anyone else experience this?? Please give me some peace of mind.
