Morning sickness disappearing at 8 weeks

I’m now 9 weeks, but starting a little after 8, my intense 24/7 morning sickness started to go away. This is my second pregnancy- my first I was sick starting at 6 weeks until I delivered!!! I know every pregnancy is different but this is scaring me to death right now that something is wrong. I don’t have another appointment for another 3 weeks because of the holiday approaching so I’m just nervous. (Already had first appt and all was good) Anyone relate with a good outcome? I thought I’d be more calm this time around but now that I’m comparing to my first pregnancy, it’s stressful.
