Changed my diet and immediately got my period
It's probably a huge coincidence but I usually don't have any cycle at all and if I get any signs of my period it's like super super light spotting for 3 days, no pms or cramps or any other symptoms and cycle length of 50-100 days. Not helpful for TTC! Currently waiting for a fertility specialist appointment but I did some extra reading and thought I'd try reducing carbs and increasing protein which is supposed to be helpful for PCOS. By the end of the week, I had my period and it is light but DEFINITELY a period, cramps and all.
Never thought I'd be excited to get my period but here we are lol. Anyone else had an immediate reaction to diet change?
