daycare drop offs with a newborn !

OK ladies so I have a one and a 1 1/2 yr and 2 1/2-year-old girl in daycare and I’ll have my newborn boy arriving jan 2025. It’s already extremely difficult to drop off both girls to the daycare now. I’m holding them both and their supplies which is almost 80 pounds while I’m pregnant.

In January I will have to do the drop offs with my newborn in NY winter cold and I just don’t see any other solution other to leave infant in the car for literally 1 minute while I drop off the girls. I know it’s not “safe or legal” obviously to leave in the car, but I’m literally walking in and out in front of the building in the suburbs.

I also can’t imagine carrying over 100 pounds postpartum. I only have two hands! I can’t carry three kids. I can maybe open the triple stroller to walk 10 ft in the freezing cold but then will take forever to load in 3 kids and i need someone to open the door. It sounds like a total nightmare ! How would u do it because i have no idea how to manage !! ughhh
