Gyno appt

Super random question, I can schedule a normal STI/STD panel with my normal OBGYN right? It’s been 6 months and I want to get checked out before I have sex again. I went to planned parenthood before bc I had an issue and my gyno couldn’t fit me in. I just call my doctor and ask for my “annual” STD test right? Normal I go once a year for my well woman’s exam. And they always test me then. But I’ve slept with someone in the past 3 months and now I’m with a new person and I want to get checked before we have sex.
