Successful pregnancy after 2 ectopics???

Hello all! I am really worried if I will have to conceive naturally?? I had an ectopic pregnancy in December 2023 on my left tube and treated by methotrexate injection, Now again I have rupture ectopic pregnancy on my right tube and doctor removed my right tube.. Now Doctor said your Chances to conceive naturally is nearly impossible and you have to try IVF for your pregnancy.. please help me anyone having same situation and ended up conceived naturally or via IVF.. my age is 34 years.. I need babies.. I’m really upset and scared too..
